We require a copy of the current lease and current property managment agreement.  Once those are confirmed, we will have the system updated to insure that they get notifed instead of the Owner.  There is an additional option to have notifications emailed to you as well. Those can be mailed, faxed or emailed to us, at the following address:

All complaints and violations must be done in writing.  Please be sure to have all your information noted on the complaint (refer to your governing documents for specific details to your community).  You will have a written response/confirmation within 10 business days.

WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO PROVIDE TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS

Any time any changes are made on an account, your request will need to be in writing.  Please always be detailed about the type of change you are making, so we can note your account accordingly.  For your convenience, Please click this link: https://homegrown.vmsclientonline.com/ to make these changes.

ONCE I RECEIVE A VIOLATION HOW DO I GET THE VIOLATION CLOSED?

Once a violation has been verified to be fixed, it will be closed in our system.  We welcome the Board Members to conduct the periodic inspections with us.  All response will also be sent back in writing.  We welcome any homeowners that would like to attend the meeting.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY LANDSCAPE?

Any changes that you would like to make to your unit will require an architectural submittal prior to any work being done.  This will ensure that we all hold up the values of each community.  Please refer to your HOA's website for that package.
